I discovered by using the Mayo calculator that I should be consuming a minimum of 2050 calories per day. This is based off my weight, height, age and activity levels. Due to my very active life style, I am able to consume an above average amount of calories for every given day. However, these calories should still be healthy choices and not binges on fast, greasy foods.
