My Stress Level

It says my score is 13 and that I have my life in fairly good control. I feel like that isn’t very accurate, as I often feel stressed out.

Some of the things I currently do to help minimize stress is exercise daily and incorporate yoga into my routine. This has helped tremendously. I plan to add in some outdoor time to help with stress as I find that being in nature helps relax and rejuvenate me.
